Ms. Harrow’s music is accomplished, gently melodic light jazz, and she has put together a terrific band for the production: Art Hirahara (piano), Bill Easley (reeds), Calvin Jones (bass) and Willie Martinez (drums). A unique biography of jazz babies F. Scott Fitzgerald and his wife, Zelda. It's not an adaptation of Fitzgerald's first novel with the same title , but a musical interpretation. Backed by fine jazz musicians, the actors retell the story of the Fitzgeralds' famous and tragic romance, with special attention paid to Zelda, Scott's troubled muse.
